Return Policy

CURRENT POLICY for Returns and Exchanges:
We will issue a full refund or exchange for most *items returned with a receipt. If the item is not defective, it must be in re-sellable condition.

*Please note:
• Holiday and Seasonal merchandise on clearance at the time of return will be refunded with an in-store credit.
• All items purchased with a check over $50 as payment require a 7 day waiting period before payment is refunded or may be refunded with an in-store credit.
• Refund value of each item returned will be reduced to reflect value of free gift or discount.
• If the item to be returned was purchased more than 90 days ago, a gift card will be issued for the purchase price.
• If the item to be returned is currently discontinued by Crafts Direct, a gift card will be issued at the current or purchase price. Whichever is lower.
• Cricut, Silhouette, Sizzix and Gemini machines must be returned to the manufacturer based upon that company’s warranty policy.
• Other restrictions may apply.

Returns without receipt
• A form of personal identification will be required on all returns without a receipt.
• Refunds will be given at the lowest price sold.
• Refunds will be issued as an in-store credit.
• If the item to be returned is currently discontinued by Crafts Direct, we will not be able to return that item.
