Cilantro Lime Chicken Tortilla Soup

• 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
• 2 Tbsp black beans
• 2 Tbsp whole kernel corn
• 2 green onions, sliced
• 1/4 cup Instant rice, dry
• 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
• Juice from 1/2 fresh lime
• pinch of cumin
• pinch of sea salt
• pinch of paprika
• 1-1/2 cup chicken broth
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients into mini baker.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until rice is cooked.
Garnish with tortilla strips and fresh chopped cilantro.
