3.  Using a VERY dry brush, lightly brush White Adirondack Chalk Paint over the surface of the Lilac & Vintage Victoria Chalk Paint.  Let dry.
4. Using a paper trimmer, cut the piece of yellow patterned paper to measure 11" x 11-1/4".  Adhere inside the shadowbox using Glossy Accents.
5.  Adhere the 8 x 10 photo to the inside of the shadowbox, to the far left.
6.  Insert 4 x 4 photo into the acrylic frame.  Adhere at an angle inside the frame using the E6000 adhesive.  Let dry.
7.  Insert the painted letter inside the shadowbox to the far left using E6000 adhesive.  Let dry.
8.  Paint the small wooden blocks using the White Adirondack Chalk Paint.  Let dry.
9.  Using a paper trimmer, cut out the pieces of 3" x 4" Element piece from the paper to write babies birth statistics on.
10.  From the remaining 3" x 4" Elements paper, cut pieces from the paper to measure 1-1/8" x 1-1/8".  Adhere to the wooden blocks using Glossy Accents.
11.  Apply the cork stickers to the fronts of the wood blocks to spell out the name of the child.
12.  Cut a piece of twine about 24" long.  Fold over the washi paper tape over the twine, so that it will stick to each other.  Use a scissors to cut the "v" in the banner.  Continue this step leaving an inch or so in between each banner piece.  Tie a knot in the twine, then tack to the front of the shadowbox corners.
13.  Repeat the last step, creating a second banner string.
14.  Using the twine, cut two pieces the same length, and tie into bows.  Adhere to the tops of the thumbtacks using Glossy Accents.
15.  Using E6000 adhesive, adhere the metal clip to the inside of the shadowbox above the acrylic frame.  Clip in the 3" x 4" Elements piece with the babies statistics written on it.
16.  Using E6000 Adhesive, adhere the wooden blocks to the bottom inside of the shadow box.
17.  Place lid on the shadowbox.  Display.
