Directions

  1. Place some paint in small dish and add water to create a stain. Using paint brush, apply this mixture to the wood portion of the easel and one mini clothespin. Let dry.
  2. Place easel face down onto paper where it reads "Autumn is in the Air", which should be toward the bottom portion of the easel. Trace around with a pencil excluding the banner.
  3. Place the easel face down on the paper above first traced image, tracing the bottom third of the easel.
  4. Cut out the second traced image, first. Next, cut out the first traced image, cutting around the Autumn banner that goes out on each side. Then cut around the entire Autumn banner so you have three separate pieces.
  5. Adhere the top and bottom pieces to one side of the easel using a Embellishment Glue Stick, applying generously.
  6. Using foam squares, adhere the Autumn Banner in the gap between the two pieces.
  7. Adhere the other piece of paper to the other side of the easel on bottom half.
  8. Place the top portion of the easel face down on top of a 6x4 photo, trace and cut out. Adhere to the top portion of easel overlapping paper.
  9. File/Sand edges of easel so paper is flush with the edges.
  10. Adhere the mini clothespin toward the top of the "Autumn" banner side, using Embellishment Glue Stick.  Let dry.
  11. Cut banners from remaining paper and adhere to the paper below the photo along left side.  Use foam squares on one for added dimension.
  12. Tie raffia around the easel below the photo, tying into bow.
  13. Insert smaller photo in the mini clothespin.
  14. Display.
